The Badge Office is located in the International Arrivals Building. As you enter the International Arrivals Building, take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor and turn right. Then follow the signage to the Badge Office.
Office is open Monday-Friday
7:30AM -4:00PM (0730-1600)
Badge Office closed for lunch from 11:30AM-12:30PM (1130-1230).

New Hire Badging
Application Steps
1) Please complete the Badge Application below and contact the badge office to schedule your appointment. When arriving for your appointment please bring two I-9 approved forms of identification. See I-9 form below.
2) A Company Authorized Signatory must complete and sign page 5. of the Badge Application authorizing you to be issued an airport badge. (*This could be your supervisor or designated person in your company)
3) Once the application is completed it along with the signatory form can be mailed or dropped off in-person to the badge office.
Authorized Signatory
The Authorized Signatory is either a Supervisor or Designated Person within a company/municipality whose role is to sign for and track employees who have been issued an airport badge.
Retain a list of all badge holders that have been authorized by your company/municipality for audit purposes.
Please sign the signatory form for all badge applicants and badge renewals.

- Movement Area Driving – For individuals required to drive on the taxiways, runway and ramp spaces.

Course Requirements
- Training is an annual requirement.
- The first time taking training must be completed in person.
- Subsequent training is to be completed online annually. A link will be sent to your email address each year.
- A fee will be levied for any training not completed before the expiration date.

Ground Transportation Permits
Ground Transportation Permits expire annually on June 30th. Rates as of 7/1/2019 are as follows:

Ramp Permit
In order to receive a Ramp Permit:
- You must first complete driver training.
- Your vehicle must be insured for no less than one million dollars.
- You must provide the Badge Office with a copy of your insurance accord and your vehicle registration.
- Once the permit is issued it must be displayed on your vehicle.
- Ramp Permits must be renewed annually.
