FAA Administrator, Steve Dickson, discusses the zero-tolerance policy in a new video release by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The video discusses an increase in disruption of flights with threatening and violent behavior. FAA safety inspectors and attorneys can pursue legal action against those who exhibit threatening behavior onboard a flight. Penalities may include fees up to $35,000 and possible imprisonment depending on the charge.
