Planned Infrastructure Work May Impact BGR Phone Service
As Bangor International Airport completes planned infrastructure improvements during the scheduled runway closure this week, some work will require temporary power interruptions within airport facilities.
As a result, BGR phone service may be temporarily unavailable or interrupted at times during the week of September 21.

The infrastructure work is being completed in conjunction with previously announced runway pavement repairs, allowing BGR to take advantage of the temporary pause in flight operations to complete several important projects while minimizing future operational impacts.
The runway is scheduled to reopen Thursday, September 24 at 3:00 p.m.
